RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our 14 day policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and sealed (the plastic surrounding the products must be intact).
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids, also in the event of a delay in delivery, reimbursement cannot take place, you must therefore wait to receive the item in order to proceed with the refund.
When there is a delay in delivery, the carrier or your local distribution office should be contacted. We cannot intervene in their traffic and their order logistics systems.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons that are not due an error on our part.
Refunds in case of late delivery:
No refund can take place if the product has been shipped, if you wish to be refunded, you must wait to receive the item and then return it to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to Help@rarepet.co
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
